Please review these simple rules to help keep everything smooth and avoid extra charges. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Evidence of smoke will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 🎉 No Parties or Events No parties, events, or large gatherings. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation and a $1,000 fee. 🔇 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. One warning will be given; continued noise may result in a $250 fine or removal. 👥 Extra Guests Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed. Unauthorized guests will be charged $100 per person, per night. 🏊Pool Heating Available for a small fee. Please let us know ahead of time, and kindly remind us one day before your arrival if you would like to add this service. •$100 per night – 1-night stay •$80 per night – 3 nights or more/Night. 🐾 No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted. An undisclosed pet will result in a $500 fee. 📹 Do Not Tamper with Devices Do not move, disable, or interfere with security cameras, smoke detectors, or noise monitors. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate removal. ⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out If approved, early check-in or late check-out is $50 per hour.
