Note: The house is a listed historic building (Denkmalschutz). The façade is still waiting for its well-deserved renovation, so please don’t be surprised by its “vintage” look from the outside. Inside, everything has already been lovingly renovated, and every guest helps me get a little closer to restoring the outside too. Wassertrüdingen lies between the scenic Hesselberg and the Franconian Lake District – a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, and anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Bavarian charm. Nearby, you’ll find beautiful parks, biking trails, and traditional beer gardens. Just a few minutes away, the Forstquell Brewery in Fürnheim invites you to taste regional beer and hearty Franconian dishes. The town comes alive during the Africa-Karibik-Festival (AKF), a vibrant event full of music, culture, and international food – a must-see highlight each year.
