Guest access Guests will have access to the whole downstairs unit (studio) by way of private entrance around the side of the house. We do not book locals or permit them at the suite unless ok’d by owners prior to booking. If you book and are local to the area, your booking will be canceled. Other things to note This is a unit within an occupied home. There is a dog on the property that will be kept away from guests unless guests state otherwise. We live upstairs so you will hear us from time to time but we try to keep it to a minimum while guests are lodging 🩷
