**Welcome to Steady Waves!** This dog-friendly retreat sleeps 10 and is centrally located near shops, dining, and the beach. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and style—plus sunsets on the back deck, a community pool, and plenty of space for family, friends, and furry companions. Drop your bags and start your vacation! *2025 Community Pool Closing Date - 9/14/25 The space - All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents. - Can rent monthly in the off-season. *Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.
