It is over 2 floors, with a staircase leading up to the first floor from the sea front entrance of the property. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, a double with an incredible sea view and a twin over looking the village. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath & overhead shower & the other a shower room. The well appointed kitchen with its baby blue Aga is a delight. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, air fryer, toaster & everything you might need. There is a dining area with table and chairs. The cosy sitting area has a wood effect gas stove, a Samsung `Flat Screen Smart TV. There is high speed broadband. The enclosed glass balcony is a fabulous space to watch the sun rise & set, the tide coming in & out and all the sealife. Guest access Number 10 has its own off street parking space for one car, guests enter from the seaside door. There is a key safe at the front door allowing easy access. The local shop, the Crusoe Hotel and the railway tavern are steps away and there is a gorgeous cafe by the sailing club. Number 10 beach apartment is on the famous Fife coastal path. Other things to note High chair available on request. The local shop is on your doorstep for all the essentials. There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket in Leven & a number of delicatessens, farm shops in the East Neuk. Also the famous fish & chips in Anstruther. No candles in the property please. Two well behaved dogs allowed - not allowed on furniture or top floor - charged at £45 per stay Please note there are 2 flights of stairs in the apartment.
