Welcome to Pagliarilandia, the small holiday home surrounded by nature. Located in Val Vona at an altitude of 1000 meters, in San Pietro (Pajare), which is part of the municipality of Borgo Val di Taro, in the province of Parma, in the Emilia-Romagna region. Val Vona is typical for its unspoiled nature, full of natural beauty: Lake Good with its typical flora, beech clearings, centuries-old chestnut trees, excavated ruffles, kernels, and junipers. The space If you are looking for a secluded and relaxing place, our small house is ideal. It was recently renovated by us, maintaining its personality and imperfections. It's in the middle of green meadows, surrounded by unspoiled nature and wild animals. It is arranged on two floors, connected by a spiral staircase or an external staircase. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen and the bathroom, while on the upper floor, you will find the double bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds (they can be joined on request). The large covered area, the grill area, and the relaxation area will welcome you to spend time outdoors. The swimming pool, equipped with deck chairs, a small table, and an umbrella, is open from April to the end of October On cool evenings, you can relax in the handmade wooden tub and enjoy the sunset. The road connecting the town to the house is narrow, typical of the valley. It is about 15 minutes (8.5 km) from Borgo Val di Taro, the main town. We recommend that you stop at the supermarket, Carrefour is the most convenient, before arriving at the house so you can relax immediately. The house is completely isolated, located in the middle of green meadows, far from the chaos. There are no businesses in San Pietro. Just nature and lots of hiking trails. Other things to note Pagliarilandia is the last house in the area. You can enjoy the privacy, silence and harmony of the valley.
