Welcome to our home by the beach! We are Nico, Andre, and our little girl Alma, and this apartment is our special place by the sea. We’re happy to share it with you so you can enjoy a few days of rest, disconnect, and unforgettable sunsets. Located just 10 minutes from the airport, you’ll have access to a peaceful beach—perfect for relaxing without the crowds. From the apartment, you’ll have a direct view of the ocean and the most magical sunsets you can imagine. The space You will be staying in the Santa Marina complex, where you’ll have access to shared amenities including swimming pools, jacuzzis, a restaurant with excellent food operated by the renowned Burukuka, and access to a very peaceful beach. Whether you come to relax, explore, or simply unwind to the sound of the ocean, here you’ll find everything you need to feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcome. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Other things to note - Pets are not allowed on the bed. In case of non-compliance, an additional deep cleaning fee will apply. - In accordance with Colombian law, it is mandatory to complete the guest registration (TRA) before check-in. This requirement is enforced by tourism authorities and is not determined by the host. - Please send us the information of all guests in advance: check in. This information is required to arrange access to the property. If it is not sent on time or is sent late, the registration process may be delayed and could affect the check-in time. - Upon entering the complex, each guest must purchase a mandatory access wristband (children under 4 are exempt). This has a one-time cost of $29,200 COP per person, charged at check-in. - Minors: must be accompanied by at least one parent or present a notarized authorization at the time of check-in. - For your convenience, access to the apartment is self check-in, and no in-person handover is required. However, the space is delivered in optimal condition, free of any damage to walls, floors, doors, windows, or to the items provided within the apartment (including beds, furnishings, appliances, and kitchen and bathroom essentials). Upon your arrival, we kindly ask you to review the overall condition of the apartment. If you notice any issues or damages, it is very important that you report them immediately.
