Guest access The loft is located in the Santa Marina complex, a modern development in the Don Jaca area, next to the Decameron Hotel and just 10 minutes from Simón Bolívar Airport. As a guest, you will have access to: - Adult pool - Children's pool - Jacuzzis and lap pool - Restaurant within the complex, operated by the owners of BURUKUKA, with delivery service available to your apartment - Direct beach access, about a 5-minute walk away - Parking and 24/7 security - The apartment entrance features a smart lock, allowing for convenient and secure self-check-in. Other things to note - Access Wristbands As per the rules of the Santa Marina complex, all guests must purchase an access wristband upon arrival (children under 4 years old are exempt). If it is not sent on time or is sent late, the registration process may be delayed and could affect the check-in time. - Minors: must be accompanied by at least one parent or present a notarized authorization at the time of check-in. - For your convenience, access to the apartment is self check-in, and no in-person handover is required. However, the space is delivered in optimal condition, free of any damage to walls, floors, doors, windows, or to the items provided within the apartment (including beds, furnishings, appliances, and kitchen and bathroom essentials). Upon your arrival, we kindly ask you to review the overall condition of the apartment. If you notice any issues or damages, it is very important that you report them immediately.
