There are steps down from the drive which lead to a small terrace with a table and chairs, and the front door. Please note that the front door, door to the bedroom and the main beam in the living area are slightly reduced in height. The space The property is fitted for all your needs. The open plan reception / kitchen with original beams, leads onto a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The building has access to free private WiFi, a 65inch smart tv and sound bar for all your entertainment needs. Please note the main beam in the reception room & doorway to the bedroom are approximately 6 foot high. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, two ring ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cooking equipment & crockery. Also provided are tea bags, coffee pods, instant coffee, sugar and fresh semi-skimmed milk. Bread, jam & butter can be provided upon request prior to arrival. Please note there is a small free standing oven / microwave/ grill suitable for basic cooking. There is a breakfast bar with two stools perfect for all meals along with an outside seating area equipped with table and two chairs, an excellent place to unwind and enjoy a pre dinner drink in the sun. The washing machine & tumble dryer are available to use upon request located in an adjacent building. Safe and secure with electric front gates. There is an excellent pub within 5 mins walk. Guest access Throughout your stay you’ll be able to utilise a dedicated parking space that will be clearly outlined. There is a small private terrace area for you to enjoy.
