Welcome to your home away from home! This charming 3-bed / 2-bath house offers everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Whether you're visiting with family, friends, or on a business trip, this space is designed to make you feel right at ease. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area, ideal for gathering with loved ones. The space The front door opens to a spacious, open-concept layout featuring a bright living area, a full kitchen with a center island, modern appliances, and a designated dining space—perfect for both everyday meals and entertaining. The primary suite, located at the back of the home for added privacy, includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Towards the front of the home are two additional bedrooms, furnished with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, sharing a full bathroom conveniently located nearby. Outside, a covered patio in the backyard with a grill provides a comfortable space for relaxation and entertaining, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in any weather. Guest access Guests will have full access to all rooms in the house, except the closet in the main bedroom. Other things to note We maintain a fresh clean environment. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the house. Please smoke outside in the patio area, where you’ll find chairs, a table. if not followed, standard cleaning fee + Additional cleaning fee of $300 will apply. We strive to keep our home new, clean and fresh for our guests. Large gatherings and excessive noise after quiet hours is not allowed. No more than 4 cars per reservation. All appliances must be turned off and all entry doors (front, back, garage door and door from garage) must be locked and secured when leaving the property at any time.
