We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply. SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation! A £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified. Funds typically return within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings. For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out.
