The Cosy Annexe - Willingham, Cambridge

Welcome to our self-contained annexe in the heart of Willingham Village, approximately 25mins from Cambridge, Ely & St Ives. This newly renovated space is perfect for a relaxing getaway or a productive work trip, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette ideal for preparing light meals, dining table, clothes storage, double bed, two-seater sofa, modern ensuite shower room, high-speed internet and TV. Other things to note EV Charging Service We provide EV charging for guests at a simple, flat rate of £20 per overnight charge, covering all usage between check-in and check-out. To ensure the charger is set correctly for your vehicle, please share your make, model, trim, battery capacity, and rated range in advance. Upon Arrival Please message me with your vehicle’s charging status: • Current SoC (e.g. 10%) • Target SoC (e.g. 80%) • Total increase required (e.g. 70%) This percentage is what I input into the charging system. EV chargers typically operate in one of two modes: • Target SoC: charging stops when the battery reaches a specific percentage. • Additional Charge: the charger simply adds a specified amount of charge. Depending on your vehicle, I will configure the most suitable method.
