An excellent place for rest and family life. Quiet, 100% residential and very central area. The space - Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. -They are delivered completely clean. Guest access - Access to the corridor-terrace. - The kitchen (coffee maker, stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and utensils) - A games room. - Pool (not heated). - Large garden. - The tennis court would have to be booked, under conditions and rules (play with tennis with white sole), it would be an extra charge ($250 x hour, minimum time 2 hrs.). - If cleaning and/or cooking service is required, there is an extra cost. Other things to note - Parking inside the house for two cars. - Mandatory use of a bathing suit for the pool. - It is recommended not to be barefoot. - Private parties are not allowed. - Please moderate noise (devices or speakers for music, noise in general) after 10 P.M. - The concierge will be available until 10 P.M.
