Beautiful Lodge, Mersea Island

Beautifully presented lodge on the Waldegraves site, open plan living dinning area, master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds, family bathroom and double hypnos sofa bed in living area. Located close to the beach and a few minutes walk from the restaurant, bar, clubhouse, and shop. Also on site are Fishing lakes, Crazy Golf, Foot Golf and Driving Range. Entertainment in the Clubhouse. Swimming pool passes supplied in seasonal months. The space The lodge is presented to a high standard, all on one level apart from the steps to get onto the decking. The Lodge has a lounge, dinning area, breakfast bar and kitchen, all open plan leading out onto the decking with seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, cookware and cutlery. There is a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a kettle and toaster. Basic tea/coffee/sugar is provided. Rooms have a fitted wardrobes/drawers and bedside tables. The TV in the living area and both bedrooms are smart TV's where you can access apps such as Netflix and BBC iPlayer. The utility room has a washer- guests would need to bring own washing powder etc. The boiler can be found in the utility room cupboard by the door for heating controls. There is laundry facilities on site with dryers. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and in bath shower. There is also an an additional shower room. Parking for two cars outside the front of the property, to access to via car a £10 deposit per car for a card is required, this can be arrange at the park reception. The beech is 100 ft walk from the lodge. Guest access Access via lockbox Other things to note For site insurance reasons the site requests that all guests staying complete a form prior to arrival. Master bedroom king size bed, two single beds in second bedroom, double sofa bed to lounge. Travel cot provided located in the dressing room wardrobe, no mattress or sheets provided so please bring your own should you require to use the travel cot. Office for car passes open 9am-5pm throughout the season. Parking available in main car park if outside these hours.
