The space The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room space's vaulted ceiling gives an airy feel. Huge glass sliding doors lead to at level extensive terrace for those glorious al fresco dining experiences. The glass sided wood burner keeps you cosy in winter. There is a large bedroom with king sized bed, a snug twin bedroom, and spacious wet room bathroom. Access to the property is via a ramp onto the terrace straight from a large car park. The Barn and the terrace are on one single level, no steps. Wide main doorway, also wide doorways to main bedroom and bathroom. No cleaning fee. Bedding and towels included. BBQ uses charcoal, not supplied. Guest access Barn has access off the public road, is set in self-contained grounds, with large parking area, all enclosed by fences. For those with dogs, the fence and gate have gaps in the bars of up to 16cm width/height. The grassed area is usually tall grasses and wildflowers in the months of May to August. Other things to note 15 minute walk to an ancient thatched church containing historic relic. Bicycles to borrow can be arranged. Given rural location, a car is advisable in order to sight see the area. We can do pick up from train station by arrangement. The property is in a central location to explore the counties of Suffolk and Norfolk. Distances: Main line train station is at Diss, 7 miles (11 Kms), trains to London take 1 hour 35 minutes. Norwich is 15 minutes by train, 27 miles (44 Kms) by road. Bury St Edmunds is 23 miles (37 Kms) by road. Cambridge is 51 miles (82 Kms) London Stansted Airport is 67 miles (108 Kms) by road. 50 minutes drive to the beautiful Suffolk coast and seaside towns. Nearest town, Eye, is 3.5 miles.
