Our Mexican Contemporary home is a short 7-10 minute walk to the town center (Jardin) and provides a serene backdrop to take in the breathtaking views and to relax among the outdoor/indoor living spaces. WEEKLY AND MONTHLY DISCOUNTED RATES ARE AVAILABLE The space Very contemporary and modern space which fits a couple perfectly or can fill up guest rooms and sleeper couch to accommodate 8-10 guests. House is furnished with locally crafted and hand made furniture, as well as art by local artists. Outdoor living space allows you to capture the serenity of the outdoors and garden while dining, reading or sitting by the fireplace. Two of the guest rooms are set a part from the main house just outside in the garden which allows for more privacy. There is a private patio off the master bedroom with beautiful city views as well as a private rooftop terrace with amazing views. Both patios are equipped with lounge chairs and tables. House comes with all brand new appliances (including washer and dryer) as well as a wonderful housekeeper, Milagros, who works Monday-Saturday (half day). She is available to cook and grocery shop upon reasonable request and for an additional reasonable fee. House has a local telephone line as well as an Internet (VOIP) line with a US phone number. House is also equipped with a small home office, security system, wi-fi internet and cable t.v. House has state of the art water filtration system, so all water in the house is potable. Guest access Guests can access all areas, including private roof top terrace. Other things to note The house is located just a short 7-10 minute walk to the main square (el jardin), which has restaurants, street vendors and evening entertainment, most nights. The house is in a safe and populated area, with a small market a few doors away, and only a 3-4 minute walk to the main local fruit, vegetable and artisan market.
