This home boasts 3 bedrooms, + a den that can be made into a 4th bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 livingroom spaces, a spaciouse balcony. 2X outdoor areas, including a back deck area with a BBQ grill. The beachfront side is fully landscaped with a fire pit for you to enjoy. You'll love spending your days lounging by the beach, sipping on a cold drink and watching the waves roll in. Bedrooms - -Master Bedroom 1 (upstairs) King size bed w/ ensuite and walk in robe. -Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - Queen size bed w/ built in robes. -Bedroom 3 (downstairs) - queen size sofa bed (please advise us if you need it to be made up prior your arrival) -Bedroom 4 ( den upstairs) - queen size sofa bed (please advise us if you need it to be made up prior your arrival) (Note: There is no door for this bedroom however, a shutter screen can be supplied) Bathrooms - -Downstairs bathroom - Shower, basin and toilet. -Upstairs ensuite - Large double shower, bath, double basin and toilet. Living areas - -Downstairs living room - New 98"" smart tv, 2x 3 seater, surround system connected to TV -Upstairs living room - 2 seats, 1 lounge, Note: the bar is locked and not available for guests) Kitchen and Dining area - -Dining area - Large 8 seater dining table -Large full kitchen w/ Island, bar stools, oven, stove, microwave, Nespresso, coffee pod machine (pods supplied), fridge, freezer, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware, Puratap and zip tap that has cold and sparkling water. Outdoor areas and balcony's - courtyard - Infrared sauna, webber bbq, outdoor coach, chairs and coffee table - Beach front - dining area can extend to seat 10 or more, sun lounge, fire pit, path that leads to beach (Note: The backyard is not fenced. Balcony 1 (2nd floor, facing ocean) - coffee table and 2x couches Balcony 2 (connected to the Den, bedroom 4) Rooftop deck (3rd level) - coffee table and 2x couches Note: All beds will be made up with fresh linen, all bathroom linen is supplied. For sofa beds, please request if you'd like them made up for you. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home however please note: One room upstairs is locked and not available to guests. Upstairs bar cupboards are locked and not available to guests. Selected cupboards in the kitchen are locked and not available to guests. Garage is not available to guests. However, single space carport. Infrared Sauna is available. However, ice bath is not available to guests. Security cameras on premises -Ring doorbell at front gate, camera above front door facing entrance and camera out the back facing the path that leads to the beach none are inside the home.
