The Reserve is conveniently located between Charlottesville and Culpeper, Va. Newly constructed, this mid-century modern design delivers luxurious amenities with a breathtaking "tree house" feel, featuring an open concept living area surrounded with panoramic views. Seeing is believing in this one of a kind getaway in the woods. The space Awe inspiring windows (professionally tinted) provide a panoramic open concept living / kitchen / dining area, featuring hand made, lighted, floating, live edge shelves above the kitchen island. 65” Samsung Picture Frame TV is loaded with current options at center stage. Area includes a lounge sofa and two recliners along with an electric fireplace offering various color settings to really set off the mood. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with TV, nightstands, dresser and closet with an iron and ironing board. The primary master shower features a freestanding soaker tub with chandelier above, two separate single floating vanities, and custom tiled shower with a sliding glass enclosure and a sitting bench. The secondary bedroom includes a tv, a closet, two queen sized beds with two twin sized beds above them in a custom built bunk room scenario. The custom bunks feature built-in, lighted cubbies with electric receptacles. As you approach the home you will notice a large, concrete porch is built into the underside of the home, providing a great shaded area with porch fans and 4 rocking chairs. You will also notice that we have upgraded to a fully concrete driveway, providing hard surface driving from the state road - all the way in. As you walk up the interior stairs, you will notice 6 custom built-in, lighted cubbies featuring various art pieces. At times, some of them may be for sale from local artists (a price tag will be shown if so). Off of the living area you will find a sun deck featuring outdoor furniture and shade umbrella. This sun deck connects to a concrete patio that features a luxurious hot tub, cold water plunge, outdoor grill, and fire pit. The sun deck faces a new field that is being cultivated to feature native Virginia wildflowers. Guest access Guests are free to enjoy all areas accessible with the access code provided along with the porch, deck, and patio. The private owner’s utility room houses laundry and this is not available for short term guests. Access to this space is a possibility by request, for longer stays. Other things to note This home is very close to the Robinson River which is ideal for fishing and tubing.
