The chalet is located in the midst of nature and is 6 km from the center of Canela and 15 km from the center of Gramado, overlooking the lake and with all the tranquility you need to relax. The space is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 child. It has air-conditioning (hot/cold). The daily rate includes breakfast and, in addition, there is a separate bistro available for lunch and dinner with a reservation (not included in the daily rate). The space has reservoirs for sport fishing, the practice of which is charged separately. The space The chalet is located on a 10-hectare site with plenty of space to relax. We have other properties for rent on the premises. The chalet consists of a single room with a double bed and a single bed, fireplace, small table, minibar, microwave, sink and TV. There is no stove. The only division is the bathroom (gas shower). Small deck overlooking the lake. Outdoor barbecue and table (no roof). The water in the chalet's faucets and shower comes from a well. It is not suitable for drinking. No parties and noise after 11 p.m. (both outside and inside the chalet). The place is meant to be and cozy. It is forbidden to bring more guests than requested at the time of booking and more than the house accommodates (maximum 3 guests). Children count toward the number of guests. We offer bed linens, pillows, blankets, one bath towel per guest and we put a face towel and two rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. We do not provide firewood. Voltage: 220v. There is Wi-Fi. The entrance to Estrada do Rancho Jane is on RS 235, which goes towards São Francisco de Paula, there is a Ninho da Coruja sign on the portico. After entering Estrada do Rancho Jane, you must turn right at the fork and, just ahead, the entrance is on the right (with identification sign - Ninho da Coruja). Rancho Jane Road, 152.
