A large 2-hectare plot, hosts a wooded park, a bowling alley, a pond, the swimming pool and its terrace. A barn and dovecote complete the landscape but are not accessible. The villa is located on the edge of a hamlet hosting a historic monument visible from the park. The view of the surrounding countryside offers a sense of freedom.
