Cozy, quiet and beautiful place. Spacious house, with 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite. All with air-conditioning. Dining table. Full kitchen, with all utensils. Estrada da Balsa region. 250 meters from the beach. Close to bakeries/cafeterias. Just 2 km from the charming center of Arraial and less than 1.5 km from Eco Park. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We have bed linen and towels included in the daily rate. Condominium with only 7 houses, with a swimming pool and barbecue area. The space There are 3 bedrooms, configured as follows: Suite with 1 full bed; Bedroom 2 = 1 full bed + 1 twin bed; Bedroom 3 = 1 full bed We have 2 single mattresses. And in the living room, there is a sofa bed (which sleeps 1 single). We also have 1 removable cot. The garage is for one car only. But the street is very quiet and safe. Even the residents usually leave their cars on the street. The house is located on Rua Chão de Estrelas, near Sting's bar and other bars and cafeterias. You can walk to the beach.
