Little Owl Hut

Welcome to 'Little Owl Hut' which is tucked away on the edge of Bodmin Moor, well located for you to take advantage of everything Cornwall has to offer. Perfect for folks who are single as well as couples. The renowned Jamaica Inn is 5 minutes away by car and a quick stroll from the hut will lead you to the breath taking Moor which stretches to Roughtor and Cornwall's highest point, Brown Willy. The space Little Owl Hut was built by the owners and every element has been carefully considered to provide you with all you require for the ideal stay. The Hut has a fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator, gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a TV and access to the wi-fi is available. There is a toilet, sink and shower in the bathroom and gas central heating for your comfort. Towels and bedding are provided. The bed is a small double with storage baskets underneath also there is a drop down table and two stools. For your personal use there is a decking area outdoors with seating, barbeque and throws for those chilly evenings. A picnic basket and blanket can be taken offsite when exploring the area. (Charcoal is available for an additional fee, which can be paid locally). Guests are provided with complimentary Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Oil and Salt & Pepper to get you started. There is parking on our private drive close to Little Owl Hut. Please be mindful of our neighbours with excessive noise at all times, thank you. Little Owl Hut is a no-smoking and no-vaping accommodation. Whilst you are staying with us you may notice a few baskets dotted around the hut, these are made by Mike (host's husband) he's been a basket maker for over 40 years and works on the premises.
