Ridge View Camp

Our double container unit has views across the country side, set in a tranquil location. The vista from the deck takes advantage of the beautiful setting. If you like camping with a touch of comfort then Ridge View is for you. Our bedroom container has a double bed and ensuite WC. With a seating area, taking advantage of the views. Our living suite container has a double sofa bed, a single camp bed, ensuite shower room and kitchenette. The views bringing the outdoors in at the all windows. The space The experience we have created is 'camping' with a little luxury. Think tent with a few extras. Its has outside washing up and cooking (BBQ and gas hob), on the large deck area, that also hosts a covered area with 2 seater table and chairs and a picnic bench for alfresco dining. The experience is heightened with a 'get away from it all' philosophy, there is no WIFI and signal can be patchy, all the better to enjoy your surroundings. Please note the cabins are entered externally, they are not linked internally but the canopy offers a covered area to walk between the two. The double bedroom cabin has a ensuite toilet and basin as well as a cozy sitting area. The living area cabin has a sofa, that doubles as a double sofa bed and a chair that becomes a single camp bed. It also hosts a kitchenette with a fridge (small freezer box) microwave, hot water machine and toaster. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery. We supply a sponge/liquid and tea towel for washing up. There is also a shower room, including a toilet and basin in this cabin We provide hand soap, hand towel and shower mat. ( you need to bring your own towels for showering). The animals featured are roaming and you will have the opportunity to shoo them away but be prepared for a welcome. Guest access Guests have a parking area outside of the cabins. The deck is for guests sole use and we are happy for guests to walk around the garden but the goose will be roaming and we guarantee what mood she will be in. Children are welcome to use the rope swing under adult supervision.
