Just minutes from Devon’s best surf beaches, pubs, cafés, and countryside walks. The space ABOUT THIS SPACE Tucked beside our family home, this annex has been lovingly designed as a calm, private retreat. Expect plenty of natural light, warm wood tones, soft textures, and everything you need for a relaxing stay—from blackout curtains to a proper cup of coffee. Inside, you’ll find: - A superking bed with fresh bedding and extra pillows. - Ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower - Compact breakfast area with fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, mugs, glasses, plates & cutlery. - Small wardrobe with hangers and cosy seating area. - Outdoor space with chairs—perfect for your morning brew. Includes: Wi-Fi, fan, hair dryer, iron, extra towels on request, and outdoor storage for surfboards and hooks for wetsuits. GUEST ACCESS The annex is entirely self-contained with a private entrance via a set of outdoor steps. Guests have sole access to the space and their own dedicated parking spot. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Georgeham is a picture-perfect Devon village with a cosy pub, shop, and quick access to the beaches of Croyde, Putsborough, and Woolacombe. Whether you’re here to surf, hike the coast path, or simply slow down, this space offers a serene base. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE No pets, BBQs, or smoking indoors. No air-con but there is a big fan No full kitchen . There’s no TV or washing machine—this is a place to unplug, rest, and recharge. Sleeps two adults. Please enquire if you would like to bring a 0 to 2 year old child. Guest access The annex is entirely self-contained with its own private entrance, accessed via a short set of outdoor steps. You’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay. Check-in is simple and flexible with a secure lockbox—details will be shared with you ahead of arrival. Other things to note Unfortunately we do not offer EV charging but there are 2 charge points in Georgeham Village Car Park 150 m away.
