If you'd like a deep cleaning with fresh linen, we can arrange it for a chargeable cost. ───────────────────── 🔌 POWER BACKUP 🔌 The property is inverter-backed. Power cuts are rare and usually not more than 1–2 hours. During this time, heating appliances will not work. Lights, WiFi, and charging points will continue to function on backup. ───────────────────── 🎶 QUIET HOURS & NO PARTIES 🎶 Maskan is in a quiet residential area and we live right next door, so it suits families and couples best. Please keep noise to a minimum — music low and no parties or events — out of respect for our neighbours. ───────────────────── 🚭 SMOKING POLICY 🚭 Smoking is not allowed indoors. You're welcome to use the balcony or outdoor areas if needed. ───────────────────── 🪪 GUEST ID VERIFICATION 🪪 After your booking is confirmed, we’ll request a valid government-issued ID proof for all guests staying at the property, as required by local regulations. This helps ensure a smooth and compliant check-in process. ───────────────────── ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT ⏰ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. ───────────────────── 🛡️ SAFETY AND SECURITY 🛡️ For your safety, the property is equipped with CCTV surveillance in common areas and entrances. Located in a peaceful and secure neighbourhood, you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
