If pet hair is found on furniture or beds, Renter will be subject to a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100. Towels belonging to the Premises are not to be used on pets. Visiting pets are not allowed. We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties. If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises, (a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150. (b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and (c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.
