This newly constructed multi-level 3-bedroom alpine residence at Spruce Peak's "Treehouse" connects you to the ultimate four-season Green Mountain playground and serves as the perfect home base for adventure enthusiasts who love all things Vermont. Head out for a day in the mountains, then head home and enjoy a world class spa, eateries, and watering holes within steps of the front door. The space This private residence, located adjacent to The Lodge at Spruce Peak, has everything you need for a comfortable stay at Spruce Peak. With a contemporary alpine design, this three bedroom, three- and one-half bath residence features a full gourmet kitchen, spacious living area with fireplace, private balcony, and plenty of storage for your gear. After parking your vehicle in the underground garage, you will take the elevator to the fourth floor of the building. Storage for your outerwear is located in the entryway of the residence. Head upstairs to relax with your family and friends in the spacious living area overlooking Mount Mansfield and enjoy ambiance of the modern water vapor fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances is perfect for preparing your favorite meals, and the large dining table can accommodate everyone to gather for a meal or maybe a boardgame or two! On this upper level, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and balcony with mountain views. The ensuite bathroom offers a modern glass shower. Downstairs on the first level of the residence are two additional bedrooms. The Master Suite features a king bed, balcony overlooking Mt. Mansfield, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub. The third bedroom includes a sets of bunkbeds, with a double bed over a queen bed. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom located in the hallway. Guest access As a guest of Spruce Peak, you will have access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at The Lodge at Spruce Peak, located just a few minutes' walk from the residence. One parking space will be provided in the underground garage, and additional cars will be parked by our valet team for an additional $35/nt. Skis and Snowboards may be stored with the Treehouse Ski Valet for convenient pick-up and drop-off of your equipment. *Please note skis and snowboards are not permitted to be brought into the residence. Looking to golf in Stowe in the warmer months? Guests who book with us have access to make tee times at The Mountain Course at Spruce Peak as well as Stowe Country Club. You will also be in excellent proximity to the Ice Skating Rink at Spruce Peak in the Winter which becomes The Village Green in the summer.
