Here's what you can expect: Downstairs: * Spacious living room with a pull out queen sofa bed—perfect for lounging, game nights, or movie marathons. * A collection of books, board games, and arcade-style fun for all ages. * Laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs: * Two cozy bedrooms with comfy beds and bold, eclectic artwork. * Full bathroom with all the essentials. * Fully equipped (but compact) kitchen with everything you need to whip up a meal. You'll also find a beverage station stocked with regular and decaf coffee, assorted teas, sugar, and creamer. * Outdoor deck with a fire table and seating—perfect for watching Netflix under the stars (yes, there's high-speed internet and streaming available!). Outdoors: * Spacious, beautiful yard with plenty of room to roam or relax. * Large fire pit for evening s’mores and stargazing. * Hammock for lazy afternoons and good reads. * Cornhole and other outdoor games to keep the good vibes going. Guest access This is a two unit property, and I live in the first unit. The only shared space is the driveway, which can fit up to three guest vehicles. Guests will have private access to their unit through the gate and into the backyard, located at the rear of the property.
