Newly renovated, stylishly furnished apartment located right next to the forest, with direct access to idyllic hiking trails and the popular mountain bike flow trail. The city center is just a 2-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. The apartment features a king-size bed, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The space The spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. Four pillows in two different sizes and two duvets are provided. A walk-in closet is directly adjacent, offering convenient storage for luggage and clothing. In the living room, a large flat-screen TV with various entertainment apps such as Netflix invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. A fireplace adds to the pleasant atmosphere. The open living area also includes a dining table with four chairs for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Basic cooking essentials such as oil and spices are also provided. The modern bathroom features a washing machine, a dryer, and a hairdryer. Each guest is provided with a towel and a bath towel. Shower gel and shampoo are available. The property is located right next to the forest and in close proximity to the Flowtrail. The trail can be accessed directly from the garden. Other things to note Please note: Dogs are very welcome in the accommodation. We kindly ask that they are kept on a leash in the hallway and garden, as another dog lives in the house. Pets are not allowed to sit on the chairs, sofa or beds. The bringing of dangerous dogs is not allowed. Since the accommodation is in a quiet area, we kindly ask our guests to observe the quiet hours. Cars must be parked on the street. As the house is located in a residential area, street parking is always available. To unload luggage, you may briefly park in the driveway. Afterwards, please move your car to the street. Parking is free of charge. The apartment is located on the second floor and is therefore not at ground level. Driving time to the city may vary during rush hour, and in the mornings on weekdays, it can take 10–15 minutes longer due to traffic.
