Fish in the backyard lagoon, relax on the deck, or take a quick three-minute walk to Paw Paw Lake via the fire lane (see photos). With four bedrooms, comfortable gathering spaces, and close proximity to wineries, parks, and local attractions, it’s an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy lake-life surroundings. The space Step inside and feel instantly at ease. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding greenery, setting the tone for a calm and relaxing stay. The living area offers plenty of seating for movie nights or morning coffee, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals together—whether simple breakfasts or full family dinners. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with soft bedding and thoughtful touches to make everyone feel at home. With four bedrooms total, the layout works well for families, couples, or mixed groups of friends. Outside is where this home really shines. Spend the afternoon fishing from the backyard, relax on the deck, or head down to Paw Paw Lake for swimming, boating, or paddleboarding. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, the backyard lagoon area, and the outdoor spaces. Guests do not have access to the garage. Check-in is simple and secure with a keypad code sent before arrival. Parking is available on-site. The nearest public access to Paw Paw Lake is just a three-minute walk down the fire lane—photos in the listing show the exact path and access point. Other things to note While we do not allow guests to bring pets to Gracie's Oasis, Gracie herself does visit when we do not have guests. For that reason, this home may not be suitable for those with allergies to dogs. You’ll be close to local favorites including wineries, farm stands, parks, boat rentals, and several great restaurants in the Paw Paw Lake and Coloma/Watervliet area. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, so quiet hours are expected and no parties are allowed.
