Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. In addition, they can enjoy the shared terrace—a perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee, tea, or a glass of wine while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. For added privacy, guests also have access to their own private balcony, which is ideal for smoking or simply unwinding in the fresh air. A BBQ grill is also available for guest use, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals during your stay. Other things to note The apartment is located on the 1st floor, approximately 15 steps from the ground floor. Tourist Tax: €1,5 per adult (18+) and €0.75 per child (7-17 years) per night (not included in the price). The tax must be transferred before arrival. For same-day bookings, you can leave the amount in cash upon arrival. Online Registration: In Slovenia, online registration before arrival is mandatory. We will send you a link to an online registration form, which takes only 2 minutes to complete. If you prefer, we can complete the registration for you—just send us a scan of the back of your ID or passport. 24/7 Self Check-in: You can check in at any time using the key box, where you’ll collect the apartment keys. Useful Information: We provide a PDF guide with details about the apartment and recommendations for activities in Podsreda. Dog fee is 15 eur per day, which you aswell tranfer to account like tourist tax or you pay at the arrival. We serve the breakfast upon request cost 15 eur per person and consist local bio product from our production, you can order it 1 day in advance. Option is vegetarian or meat. If you’d like to rent a bike or e-bike, let us know in advance! We partner with a bike rental company to have your bike ready upon arrival. We look forward to hosting you.
