For hygiene reasons, we do not provide opened or shared consumables such as salt, pepper, or spices. ***For monthly stays (30+ nights), an additional $250 monthly deep-cleaning fee applies and will be charged at booking. Combined with the standard cleaning fee, the total cleaning cost for long-term stays is $450 per month.
