You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place: 2 mins to highway 405, 10 mins to downtown Bellevue, 15 mins to Seatac International Airport, 20 mins to downtown Seattle. Additionally, our house is located in a safe and clean neighborhood which makes it an ideal place for any visitor whether you are here with family & young kids, with friends, or on bussines trips. Our house has recently been remodeled with fresh new paint, new bathrooms and furnitures. The space The Airbnb unit is on the top floor of the house and there are people who live on the lower floor. A student who studies music (piano and saxophone) lives downstairs, so please expect that sometimes there might be some music playing for a couple hours (not to pass 10 pm). The house doesn’t have central AC, but we’ve provided a portable air conditioner and several fans in the Airbnb unit to help keep things comfortable. The portable AC is currently set up in the master bedroom, but feel free to move it to another room if that works better for you. Please also kindly note that our Airbnb does not have a full kitchen. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, toaster, water kettle, coffee machine with coffee provided. Guest access Guests have the entire access to the Airbnb unit with a private entrance. Guests do not share any space with the host. There are 3 flights of stairs (28 steps) to access to the Airbnb unit. Guest parking: please park in the driveway in front of the garage door. Maximum 2 cars for Airbnb guests. Please do not access the garage because it is not part of the Airbnb rental.
