Guest access Please make yourself at home with access to the entire 5 acres of private land. Other things to note Events & Filming: No parties, events, film shoots, photoshoots, or weddings are allowed without prior written approval, applicable fees, and permits. Pets: We love dogs! One dog per booking is allowed. Please add your dog to your reservation. No other types of animals are permitted. Pool & Spa: If you’d like the pool heated to 85°F during your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. A fee of $250 per day applies, with a two day minimum. Maintenance is performed twice a week, taking about 10 minutes, and will be done in the outdoor area only. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Available for $50/hr with prior approval and subject to availability. We’re always updating the property with new amenities and design upgrades.
