This second-floor condo located in a privately owned tri-plex features a large deck overlooking the sand and is only steps from the beach. Although there is a basic cable provided, the TV and internet services are purposely limited to help guests leave behind the stress that comes with constantly being plugged into society. This traditional style cottage has hardwood floors and cozy décor without all the frills and clutter so you and your family can get back to the basics. The large ocean front deck is great for relaxing or outdoor dining as it has a full-sized picnic table, rocking chairs, and the constant melody of the waves crashing in the background. The location itself is quiet yet only a few blocks from restaurants and coffee shops, you will be able to unwind with friends and family or take a short walk to the center of town. While this is an older home the kitchen and furnishings are comfortable, functional, and the open concept living area makes for a wonderful gathering space that has helped families reconnect and make lifelong memories for generations. The large indoor dining area is perfect for board games, puzzles, or just kicking back while waiting for a home cooked meal and enjoying the ocean view. With three bedrooms, two baths, and plenty of outdoor space, this condo is perfect for small families looking for a traditional ocean front beach vacation while also being easy on the wallet. Occupancy: 8. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 1 Twin Rollaway. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund.
