The space “All Decked Out" is a top floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located at the end of Columbia Street in a quiet condo community with only four units. This third-floor property offers privacy, wonderful sound views, spectacular sunsets, and is in the center of Wrightsville Beach just steps away from the local shops, restaurants, and a block from the beach! Bring your boat and explore the natural beauty of nearby Masonboro Island just across the inlet! Nicely decorated with a bright and airy living and dining area that opens onto a covered deck – perfect for watching sunsets and boating activities. The open concept living area is great for families and makes this home feel very spacious. The living room has comfortable furniture and beautiful wooden ceilings that give a modern beach feel to the space. Just off the living room is the primary suite with a king bed and a large private bath with convenient access to the sound front deck. The split floor plan offers added privacy for guests. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds, are located off the main entry hall. A guest bathroom is located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and is easy to navigate, so meal prep becomes effortless! If you are looking for a quiet get away with the family, easy access to the sound for boating and kayaking, or just want to be close to the amenities that Wrightsville Beach has to offer this is the home for you! The HOA requires all vehicles to display parking passes while parked on the property in order to avoid citation or towing. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) in the carport labeled for unit "D" and cannot obstruct the driveway or utilize other parking areas on the property. Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the designated carport area. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: No Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive.
