Featuring a private pool, turf along with an expansive, manicured garden, the home is an experience in itself. To that effect, we provide: - Generator, inverter, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 5 cars This is not a wheelchair-friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - The villa houses 4 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor.  - All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, wardrobes, AC, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms overlook the landscaped gardens.  - One of the bedrooms offers a designated workstation and opens up to an attached balcony. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. INDOOR AREAS - Enter through the door and step into the expansive living room, that boasts large windows and vaulted ceilings.  - It boasts a comfortable L-shaped sofa and other seating arrangements for up to 10 people and opens up to the outdoor porch, complete with a daybed.  - It is equipped with an AC, and Wi-Fi access.  - The air-conditioned dining area is a part of the living room and can accommodate up to 6 people. OUTDOOR AREAS - The living room opens up to the beautiful, manicured garden, 10,000 sq. ft. in size. It boasts chikoo, mango and coconut trees and a 2-century old banyan tree.  - Guests can unwind and relax in the gazebo, and spend time amidst nature. - The lawn leads up to the outdoor deck that overlooks the pristine Surya River, complete with seating arrangements.  - Covering the entire 5.5 acres is a rustic walking path, ideal for a lazy morning stroll.  - Guests can enjoy a dip in the swimming pool, 25x10 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. - The first floor of the home has a private terrace, that offers incredible views of the green and blue surroundings. It features a swing and other seating arrangements. - The exteriors also boast a private turf, perfect for a friendly match of badminton or basketball. However it is not accessible during the monsoon season. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen for reheating purposes only.  - Kitchen facilities can be availed at an additional charge of Rs 5,000 per day. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. Other things to note FOOD - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Consumption of outside food is not permitted at the villa. STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 drivers at an additional cost. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters where the caretaker stays. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.
