Brookhouse Farm Bungalow

Recently refurbished large double room in a spacious bungalow. The room is situated next to the shower room with large walk-in shower, wc and hand basin. Adjacent to the Shower room you'll find a spacious kitchen with all culinary requirements. Outside there is a brick built wash room housing a washing machine, dryer and additional freezer. The host's living room again is a spacious room housing a log burning stove for comfortable Winter evenings in. The min-max price is set for 1 or 2 guests. The space The property has until recently been a working farm with the property next door (Brookhouse Barns) now been converted to accommodation. As such evidence of this may be visible. That said the area around the property is clean and safe. Guest are encouraged to stroll around the lawned areas which have picnic tables and seating areas. Guest access Access to the property is through the gate on the road ( this is more often than not open) parking anywhere in front of the property. To the right of the front door you’ll find a key safe, using the code 3070 will open it to reveal a set of keys to gain entry via the front door. Enter into the kitchen with door off leading to hallway. From the hallway 5 doors lead to living room, 3 x bedrooms, and shower room. Bedroom 1 is directly in front of you and is the room advertised in the listing. During your stay The host accepts all forms of interaction. Guests are encouraged to treat the house as their own ( as long as it’s respectful ). If the host is not on site a contact number will be provided.
