Perfectly situated right off Scenic 30A and directly across from The Big Chill, you’ll have restaurants, bars, shops, an arcade, an ice cream spot, and tons of kid-friendly entertainment just steps away. When it’s time to wind down, you’ll love retreating to the most private home in the community- with minimal neighbors and peaceful views overlooking Deer Lake State Park. A golf cart waiver will need to be signed along with a copy of driver's license and insurance card in order to have access to the golf cart during stay. GARAGE GYM: Delta-compatible clip-in shoes must be worn when utilizing the Peloton. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the gym without adult supervision. BICYCLES: We offer 4 complimentary bikes, each equipped with a lock & basket. Additional bikes and attachments are available for rent across the street. POOL HEATING SCHEDULE: The north pool is heated during specific months throughout the year. It's current heating schedule is: March 1st-April 30th October 1st-November 30th December 21st-December31st PARKING: You can only park in the driveway of the "B" unit. Overflow parking is located is a few sections: --Around the North Pool from only 2100 - 0800 CST (9pm - 8am) --Across the street at The Big Chill --The gravel parking lot in South Prominence If fines are assessed to our unit, they will be billed to you during/after your stay. TECHNOLOGY: Entry: Your curated access code will default to the last 4 digits of your phone number. If you would like a custom code, please let us know the 4-8 digits that work best for you. Security: There are surveillance cameras at all entry points and inside of owners' closets. OTHER: To help make your stay as stress-free as possible, we provide a starter pack of amenities.
