Our 3 bedroom villa located on the 1st Floor offers a unique experience to guests looking for an exclusive weekend getaway with friends , family or colleagues. Located just 10 mins away from Cyber Hub , our guests can take the much awaited break from daily life and plan both official and personal events. With ample car parking, daily housekeeping , security staff , kitchen and a caretaker , guest can enjoy a luxury stay and forget the stress and struggle of daily life. The space A unique exclusive villa experience specially designed to meet the requirement of corporate guests and youngsters looking for a place with chic and modern settings to suit their requirement of amazing and memorable time with colleagues ,friends or family members. We are a modern yet a warm space serving guests looking for a personalized experience in an exclusive, safe and homely surrounding. Spread in 500 Sq yard, our property comes with 3 large well appointed bedrooms with ensuite washrooms, a living rooms cum party area, dining , ,kitchen and a terrace meant only for bonfire or light chit chat . The place has a caretaker available 24* 7 and a security guard who comes at night. Parking is available outdoor only with a camera for surveillance. It is a very safe location ( located in a safe society) and property as it gives our guests option to double lock from inside. Cameras are installed at the main entrance. Guest access Guest have access to all the areas except Rooftop. Terrace or outdoor area is not meant for parties or any gatherings. Guest can use the area to smoke or light chit chat only.Music , hooting or noise of any kind is not allowed. Other things to note GUEST MUST RECONFIRM AVAILIBIITY BEFORE BOOKING. Inverter has been provided in case of any power disruption. We have one common washroom. Terrace or outdoor area is not meant for parties or any gatherings. Guest can use the area to smoke or light chit chat only.Music , hooting or noise of any kind is not allowed. The sleeping arrangment is for upto 9 guests ( with 3 extra mattresses ) only. Important note - The pieces updated here are for a maximum of 15 guest only. Additional charges would apply for every extra guest over and above 15.
