Electricians , Helper)are not allowed in to home without prior consent from host Towels will be provided and must be returned upon check out Entrance security The main ground floor entrance door must remain locked at all times for safety. Guest are requested to ensure the gate is securely shut when entering or exiting Lift fan as to be switched off when u are exiting from the Lift Parking Parking is available for 1 car only, Kindly inform us in advance Green Energy initiative Air conditioner and geyser usage Help us conserve energy by turning off the AC’s, Geysers and gas stove when leaving the room or home unattended and after completing your bath. Water usage Water comes from an overhead tank with a limit of 6 people ONLY . Kindly use water judiciously. If exhausted early refilling will only be possible the next morning Linens If your stay is for more than a week then we change Linen and Towels on every 4th day The host is not responsible for any deficiency/ Disruption of utility services like Water , Electricity, WiFi etc for which host is dependent on various public and private agencies The host or his representatives reserves the right to enter the premises at all times & for any reason whatsoever.
