You the guest have exclusive access of the whole guest house. Welcome to our three-bedroom home! The property features many storage facilities as well as convenient amenities throughout to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Enjoy a unique and fantastic location - you'll be barely a stones throw away from Old Trafford football stadium, within a 10 min drive of the famous Trafford Centre for all your shopping needs, and only a few minutes walk away from supermarkets and takeaways! Conveniently located a short ride from the city centre too, and not far from motorway access, this home away from home makes the perfect base to explore further afield, you won't be short of adventures and day trips! Be it a relaxing afternoon in stunning Heaton Park, a day spent exploring breathtaking Bolton Abbey, or checking out quirky cafes and boutique shops in the eclectic Northern Quarter, our place is perfectly located for ultimate city experience. When you have explored futher a field and the day comes to end, switch up from adventure mode to relaxation mode. Cosy up with a book on the luxury red sofa bed or on the solid navy grandad chair. Still not tired from your adventures, play on our multi fuctional board game (includes deck of cards, chess, Uno and much more) , or wind down in a hot bath. The choice is yours. Other things to note Please respect and adhere to guest house rules and practices are in place for: the saftey, well being and respect to inhabitants and the property. Please note that parties/events are strictly not allowed. Our neighbours have our contact number and will inform us along with local Police immediately if this rule has been violated. No refund will be given. + In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive usage of utilites (gas, electric and water). As well as keep keys safe and secure whilst in possession. There is a additional surcharge to regards to replacing and key and locks. It is imperative that sensitive items are secured and is your responsibility to keep safe, 'we' the hosts are not liable or responsible for your property. If you require use of equipment for the sofa bed, or use of high chair or cot, then please ensure you request it before your stay. An additional £25 fee is charged if any items are required. Parking on the street is permit only, there is available parking offstreet and a car park 1 min walk away. I can offer parking passes at a small extra cost ie a LOT cheaper than a public car park would be. Just let me know in advance if you will require permits. Please let me know what time you're planning to arrive. Where possible, I'm happy to be flexible around check in/out times - an hour either way from the listed check in window. (Sometimes this isn't possible if I have another guest leaving/arriving the same day). If you are arriving in Manchester early morning and would like to check into the room or drop bags please let me know in advance to see if I can accommodate. No extra charge for bag drops, but if you want to check in to the room, it's an extra £25. Can I book and will there be people staying within the Guest House Everyone is welcome to put forward their interest in the property, we have regular interest in the guest house for various dates and we verify whether or not they are the right fit for the guest house. It is likely that other potential guests will stay during the same time period. When staying in shared guest house. Will I be safe? If you ever have a problem with an another guest causing nuisance within the guest house, please let us know and we handle it accordingly. If it is emergency or you're in immediate destress/danger please ring the emergency number: 999 for assistance. Futhermore we vet guests who are interested in staying in the guest house as well as taking the initiative to install locks to each of the room for added guest safety. Have we had incidents in the past? Thankfully never and we intend for it to be never be the case, as we do our due dilligence in preventing and mitigating any potential problems. In any case it is best to be knowledgeable and stead ready. But you shouldn't worry, the area which you will be staying in, is very safe and regarded as nice place to visit/live.
