Units 2 & 3 have 3 (three) closed bedrooms and 1 open space/loft with a trundle bed. Each unit has 3.5 bathrooms Each residence features a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, oversized stainless fridge, large walk-in pantry, and plenty of dish and cookware to ensure your culinary needs are met with ease. The luxury master suite includes a private balcony and blackout shades for ultimate relaxation. The entire home is a hypoallergenic, carpet-free environment (with the exception of floor rugs), complemented by premium linens and towels from Standard Textile, provides a comfortable stay. Sleep soundly - each bed is outfitted with new mattresses, duvets, and pillows. Entertainment is at your fingertips with high-speed internet, Vizio smart TVs, and an integrated overhead ceiling speaker system. Additional amenities include brand new Revlon hair dryers, a Whirlpool washer and dryer, and a dining area that fits your group with ease. Relax outdoors on one of the three private decks or patio, and utilize the shared park-style grills. With garage parking for one vehicle and additional assigned space, parking concerns are alleviated. The parking spaces out front are assigned by unit, and the driveway is a shared entrance. Professional Management is provided by the property manager throughout your stay. Upon booking, the renter will receive the Terms and Conditions and agree to review and sign. These terms will include, but are not limited to, the following: GUEST VERIFICATION Experienced guests with 5 or more positive reviews may request to be waived from this process, otherwise we do require all guests to complete an additional verification screen through our Guest Portal to ensure the safety and security of our community. This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. You will be prompted to complete this process immediately after booking. This includes: 1) Providing a copy of your government-issued photo ID. 2) Photo Verification 3) Confirming your contact information & agreement to our Rental Terms and Conditions Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay. Before receiving check-in details, guests will choose one of two coverage options: -A refundable damage deposit held on their credit card, released shortly after checkout if no damage is reported. -A non-refundable damage waiver that covers minor accidental damages during the stay. Guests who have questions about this process are encouraged to reach out prior to booking!HOUSE RULES 1) Guest Count: Please include the correct number of guests in your booking. Visitors outside the reservation are permitted under most circumstances, but we do require guests to request permission prior to having visitors. 2) Check-in: Please notify us once you have accessed the property. Please inspect and report any unsatisfactory conditions within 2 hours of check-in. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 pm will be promptly addressed the next day. 3) Noise Policy: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors and local community.
