This single-story, cozy family home is located in the heart of Lima's safest and most touristic neighborhood, the district of Miraflores. Amidst a tranquil environment and discreet appearance, it is one of the few vintage traditional houses still available in the area. Fully renovated, furnished, and decorated, the house features high beamed ceilings and spacious rooms, creating a truly comfortable and relaxing space. It includes two open patios, offering warmth in the winter and freshness in the summer. The house is equipped with the highest available residential internet speed and modern lighting. The 2-bedroom house includes 1 full bathroom and a half-bathroom with a sink (for visitors) and separate living, dining, and kitchen areas. It is furnished with a Queen bed and a twin bunk bed, accommodating up to 3 people, with the option to extend to 5 people with an additional single twin bed in the master bedroom. Also, if you'd like, a small crib-size inflatable mattress is available for a child under 5 years old. A housekeeper/manager, Ms. Patty, resides in a separate and private area at the rear of the house. She provides assistance to guests as needed and remains on call at all times. She also offers in-house laundry service for an additional fee. Francés The house was built in 1925. This comfortable and cozy family home on one level is located in the heart of the safest and most touristic area of Lima, the Miraflores district. In a quiet environment and with a discreet appearance, it is one of the few traditional vintage houses still available in the area. Fully renovated, furnished and decorated, the house has high exposed beam ceilings and large rooms, offering a truly comfortable and relaxing space. It includes two open patios, warmer in winter and cooler in summer. The house is equipped with the highest residential internet speed available and modern lighting. The 2 bedroom house includes 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom with a sink (for visitors), as well as separate living, dining and kitchen spaces. It has a queen bed and a children's bunk bed, sleeping up to 3, with the possibility of adding a single bed in the master bedroom to accommodate up to 5 people. In addition, upon request, a small crib sized air mattress is available for a child under 5 years of age. A housekeeper/manager, Mrs. Patty, lives in a separate, private area in the back of the house. It provides guest support if needed and is available at all times. Guest access This cozy house is perfect either for a family visiting Lima or for business purpose stays. It is safe for children and very convenient for the elderly and physically-challenge visitors. Centrally located, it has easy access to everything the guests may need at walking distance: supermarkets, dry-cleaning service, movie theaters, best restaurants in Lima, Famous LarcoMar Mall, the beach for surfing lovers, wonderful parks, paragliding practice on hand for adventurers who would like to have a panoramic view of the Coast and the city, and delightful views of the Pacific Ocean from the Coast shore located only 4 blocks walking by. The guest(s) receive(s) a set of four (4) keys upon arrival, these keys grant access to the main entry and internal doors. A second set of keys is available upon request. The house manager Patty delivers and receive the keys. Other things to note Our house manager and friend Rosa will provide details and further instructions upon arrival. Rosa provides assistance to the guests as needed, and remains on call at all times. FYI the Internet speed available in the house is the best available in Lima for residential purposes. Peruvian electricity is 220 volts and 60 Hz. Mandatory deep cleaning is performed once a week on Saturdays, and maintenance during the week to make beds (at guests' discretion), and trash disposal. Sheets are changed once a week, and towels twice a week. Toilet tissue paper is provided regularly as needed. One recipient with 25 liters of drinking water available in the kitchen welcomes the guest(s). If additional drinking water is needed, it can be requested for a fee.
