Conveniently located to shopping, airport, and dining, yet on the edge of town, close to nature, right on the Lake Youngs Trail and a stone's throw from the Soos Creek Trail. The space Welcome to our home! It is situated in a large, fenced yard with trampoline and swinger, and consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room with tv, large playroom and laundry area, 2 full baths (one on each floor), and four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full over full bunk bed (notice: the bed is tall and the ceiling in this room is not, so the top bunk is most comfortable for shorter people/children). Bedroom 3 has a twin daybed that pulls out to a king. Bedroom 4 is on the lower floor has a twin over twin bunk bed. There is a large playroom where guests are welcome to inflate a queen air mattress. Guest access Guests are welcome to makw full use of the house except for the garage and downstairs storage room. Other things to note This is our family home and, as such, is a sacred space to us. Please treat it with care and respect, as a gracious guest.
