An amazing home in a super quiet and beautiful neighborhood north of Rancho Cucamonga. Our home is recently remodeled, and everything is beautifully redone to make you feel luxurious living. It is a perfect place for a family get-together and to have a memorable and fun time. The space PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS: Upon entering the front door, you will find yourself in a large living room to your left with a couple of comfy couches. At the back of the house is the second living room with 65 65-inch TVs and a beautifully remodeled kitchen perfect for meal preparation. BED ARRANGEMENT: Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached huge bathroom. Bedroom #2: Two double beds Bedroom #3: One queen bed Bedroom #4: office/bedroom with a work desk and a trundle bed. Guest access - Guest has access to two parking in the garage and parking on the driveway - Do not park on the street overnight Other things to note - We do not refill a propane tank - Heating pool/jacuzzi with extra fee - The fireplace is only for display and cannot be turned on. - We have cameras in front of the house and the pool for safety. IMPORTANT: POOL 1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floors clean of bacteria. 2. The intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of the pool. Otherwise, it sucks air and will ruin the pump. 3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from the pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running. -For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500. The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas. Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included. If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
