Amazing view and location in Reñaca

This spacious apartment, exclusively for family groups, is located on the first line in front of the 4th sector of Reñaca beach. The apartment has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a comfortable living room with separate kitchen, plus a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It also has two covered parking lots. You will be a 5-minute walk from downtown Reñaca, where you can find bars/restaurants, as well as supermarkets and a shopping mall. The space The apartment its located in the 7th floor, just in front the beach in Avenida Borgoño. Other things to note To ensure your group of up to 10 people has the best experience, we'd like to explain how our hot water system works. We have two water heaters that hold a total of 360 liters (approximately 95 gallons). This is enough for about 6 to 7 short, continuous showers. If you plan on showering around the same time, we suggest doing so in two batches or leaving a brief interval between each shower to allow the heaters to recover their temperature. This way, we can ensure no one is left with cold water!
