Levante is one of three recently renovated apartments called Marea Apartments. Located in a very quiet central area in the Cannaregio sestiere a few steps from a supermarket and convenient to all services, pharmacies and stores . It enjoys a beautiful view among canals, bridges, calli (typical streets of Venice) and the typical Venetian quiet that make it unique. Nevertheless, a 5-minute walk away is the best-known area of the city for excellent ristorant, osterie and bars. The space Located in the sestiere of Cannaregio the apartment is in one of the most typical areas of Venice, a 10 minute walk away is the famous Jewish ghetto, less than a 20-minute walk you will find the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, and 15 minutes walk you will find the Ferrovia and Piazzale Roma. The vaporetto and water taxi landing stage for connections to the islands of Burano, Murano, and Marco Polo Airport is a minute walk away. The apartment has a private door entrance on a fondamenta (a typical street that follows a canal) and a common corridor that divides the 3 Marea Appartments. The apartment was recently renovated and enjoys excellent brightness . The ground floor features a living area with a double bed sofa and upon request only a daybed sofa , 42-inch TV , a kitchen equipped with kettle , capsule coffee maker , toaster and everything that can be useful for cooking . The bathroom has a shower , washing machine with clothesline and clothespins , iron and ironing board . The bedroom is presented with two French beds for families, couples or friends and is equipped with a safe . There is self-check in , but if you like I will be there to help you ! All information will be provided after booking through Vikey a simple and secure app that provides codes for electronic locks . The tourist tax will be paid through Vikey once booked .
