Lookout Point has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a beautiful porch to enjoy the famous Shell Point sunsets. Enjoy this home with comfortable, airy bedrooms and all the amenities. The area is peaceful and serene, and golf carts are welcome! Come relax and enjoy! The space Comfort and relaxation awaits you at Lookout Point. Each bedroom is furnished with just what you need to enjoy a quiet retreat on the water. Take a nap on the large front porch and watch the birds fly over the canal. Take a ride on the golf cart and explore the neighborhood. Bedroom 1 is on the main floor and features a king bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and features a queen bed and twin bed. Bedroom 3 is upstairs and also features a queen and twin bed. Note: photos do not show twin bed in this room but it was added post-photos. We cannot offer discounts or refunds due to golf cart maintenance issues. 2 adult kayaks and 2 children's kayaks (and life jackets) included. While we love furry friends, no pets allowed.
