There are so many extras to enjoy! Huge porches surround this hidden bungalow. Outdoor shower, boat washing station, extra camper hookup for additional fee. Just 8 minutes drive to boat ramps and downtown where you can enjoy local cuisine. We’ve prepared everything so you can focus on making memories! The space Bedrooms: 3 cozy bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Each mattress was chosen for luxury comfort. Folding crib with sheets and blankets. Bathrooms: 2 clean, well-stocked bathrooms. Folding tub for the littles. Living Area: Spacious and inviting for relaxation. Enjoy the electric fireplace with your favorite cocktail and person. Plenty of blankets to keep you warm on those cool Florida nights or when you have “That Human” whom prefers the A/C low! Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and coffee station with coffee makers (pod and drip). All the kitchenware you’ll need for family/friends meals. Stocked with spices, sugars and oil. Also foil and ziplocks for saving your catch of the day! Outdoor Spaces: Covered carport entry, grilling area, fire pit, and patio furniture front and back. Another full refrigerator/freezer for drinks and backup on the back porch. A small freezer for freezing bait and fish. Small ice machine for packing coolers. Laundry: Washer/dryer with provided supplies. Extras: Beach towels, fishing rags, board games, 2 trailer hookup with electric/sewer (For extra fee) and too much more to list. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and outside porches. On occasion the owners may be camping on site (We will disclose this information before booking). Circular drive for easy access with trailers and boats. Other things to note Cameras: Exterior cameras on front and back porches for security. We are rural and close to nature, in Florida.! We share the land with all the critters that live here too! Snakes are a possibility in Steinhatchee so wearing shoes is greatly advised! We have regular bug control but nothing is 100%!!
